Dan besluiten Tim en ik de nog natte tegellijm uit te krassen. / Tim and I decide to scrape (?) the wet tile adhesive.

Op het einde van dit alles vallen twee conclusies op.
1. Er zit nu 5 kilo tegellijm op onze kunstmatige boom. Dat betekent dat we hem onmogelijk kunnen maken zoals we planden. Dan zou deze boom een kilo of 30 á 40 kilo wegen. Dat is misschien nog te doen voor een valiede mens, maar het is veel te zwaar voor ons. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat de PU slechts minimaal met tegellijm bezet worden om gewicht uit te sparen. En, zo ook zal de binnenkant van deze boom minimaal bezet zijn. Dit is geen kwestie van keuze maar van bittere noodzaak.
2. Dit was de laatste van de tegellijm die ik nog in huis heb staan. Morgen zal ik proberen Swa te bereiken die het misschien ziet zitten om 25 kilo langs te brengen. Maar, zolang er sneeuw ligt, wordt het wel érg moeilijk voor ons om buiten te komen. Na de tegellijm moet ik de kleurenkaart voor deze boom samenstellen. Daarvoor moet ik persoonlijk naar Van Den Broeck gaan. Voor het moment, kunnen we niet zeggen hoe de toekomst er concreet uit zal zien.
In the end, two conclusions are important.
1. There now is 5 kilo tile adhesive on our artificial tree. This means that there is no way that we can make the tree on the way we planned. Because this would mean that our tree weighs 30 - 40 kilo. This might be feasable for a valid person. But, for us this is much too heavy. As a consequence, the PU will be minimal(ly) covered by tile adhesive. The inside of our artificial tree will also be minimal(ly) covered in order to spare weight. This is not a matter of choise but of dire necessity, I'm afraid.
2. This was the last tile adhesive I had in the appartement. Tomorrow, I will try to get Swa so far to deliver 25 kilo tile adhesive at my door. But, as long as there is snow outside, it's really difficult for us to leave our appartments. After the tile adhesive, I have to compose the color card for this tree. Therefore, it's needed that I pass by my shop in person. So, for the moment, our future looks quite unclear.
