Deze kast is naar de gang verhuist. / This closet has been moved to the hallway.

En, dit staat er in zijn plaats. / And, this stands in its place.

Dus, o.a. onze airbrush. / So, among others, our airbrush.

Dit is het gedeelte om de airbrush op en af te zetten. / This is the part to turn our airbrush off or on.

Dan begint deze stille compressor te werken. / Then, this quiet compressor starts to work.

Hij perst lucht samen in deze bus. / It compresses air in this can.

De meter, die je vertelt hoeveel Bar er in de bus zit samengeperst.  Dit heeft belang.  Het pistool is gemaakt om maximaal 4 Bar te kunnen verdragen.  De onderste knop is de regulator.  Hiermee kun je afstellen hoeveel Bar de compressor maximaal kan samenpersen.  Voor deze airbrush tussen 0 en 12 Bar. / The indicator that tells you how much Bar of compressed air there is in the can.  This is important.  The pistol is made to withstand maximum 4 Bar.  The lower button is the regulator.  It's used to set the maximum of compressed air you allow the compressor to build up in the can.  For this airbrush between 0 and 12 Bar.

Goed, ik ga proberen een vuil-groene kleur te verkrijgen.  Als je met een airbrush werkt, meng je kleuren door verschillende lagen boven elkaar te spuiten.  Dus, wat hebben we nodig?
So, I'm trying to create a dirty-green.  If you work with an airbrush, you mix colours by painting different layers on top of one another.  So, what do we need?

De kleuren: Koffie, Siena en Olijfgroen. / The colours: coffee, sienna and olive.

1 flesje pistoolreiniger. / 1 bottle of cleaner.

Potjes om het pistool leeg te spuiten met cleaner. / Cups to shoot the pistol empty with cleaner.

Zo zag het eruit na de kleur Siena.  Als je met de airbrush werkt, begint men meestal met de donkerste kleur eerst aan te brengen en daarboven de lichtere. / It looks like this after the colour sienna.  If you work with an airbrush, one starts with painting the darker colours and one ends with painting the brighter colours.

Uiteindelijk wordt het dit.  Misschien een beetje donker maar de combinatie Siena en Olijfgroen lijkt me de moeite om nog wat voort te experimenteren. / In the end, it looks like this.  Perhaps a bit too dark.  However, the combi sienna and olive is something to remember.
