En, om plastiek op een andere manier in de malletjes te kunnen bevestigen, heb ik een rol dubbelzijdige tape gekocht... / And, in order to attach plastic sheets to the baseplates of our moulds. I've bought one role of double-sided tape.
Maar, eerst moet er ontbeten worden terwijl ik beslis hoe ik met één hand dubbelzijdige plastiek bevestigen kan in onze malletjes. / But, first I'm having breakfast, while I decide how to put the tape in our moulds with just one arm and hand.
Dit is dus de probleemstelling. / So, this is our starting position.
Ik begin met de maat te nemen van het stuk tape dat ik nodig heb. / I start by taking the measurment of tape that I need.
Daarna knip ik het stuk tape los. / After that, I cut the tape.
Ik plooi de dubbelzijdige tape tot de tape recht staat en steek het zo het malletje in. / I fold the tape until the tape is standing straight. That way it goes in the mould.
Nadien zorg ik ervoor dat de tape goed vastplakt. Hier gebruik ik nog een mes om dat te doen, wat later overbodig zal blijken. / After that, I see to it that the tape sticks on the baseplate. Here, I'm using a knife to do so. Lateron, that will preoof useless.
Ziezo, de eerste mal is af. / The first mould is done.
Bij het tweede malletje... / When I start at the secound mould...
Volg ik juist dezelfde procedure... / I follow the same procedure...
Het tweede malletje is af. / The second mould is done.
Het werk schiet goed op. / Work in progress.
Hier ben ik de tape aan het vastwrijven in het malletje. / Here, I see to it that the tape sticks to the baseplate.
Het resultaat van de dag. / The result of today.
